In conclusion, in order to allow everyone to have an equal amount of chances to participate in this society, people should have equal quality of life.

Why Can't we value them the same way?

In addition, by enriching any of the L's in quality of life, areas can conveniently increase the living standards and quality of life in certain areas on earth. Currently, WWF have found that places on earth do not have sufficient living standards (Source). That includes breaking rules related to adequate living standards (article 25), education (article 26), and right to own property (article 17). In order to have a fair community with same magnitude of chances, everyone should have at least the same fundamental living standards. Besides, people in Afghanistan are expected to go to school for 9 years only (Source). That is creating a very uneducated society.
